I wonder how he does this so that when he restarts he doesnt lose it all.

Or you can use the leaderboard tool, choose 10th prestige, select Unlock Everything, in the XP box put 2500000, do the normal HSX3 hack (load the error save, prestige, load this save you just made then the error on player 2, then go off split screen then online and you'll be 10th Prestige Level 70 with everything unlocked).
Down side is, you have to do it every single time you start the game again.
