The leaderboards are periodically cached and could easily be used to reset those who have been modding their stats.

The current leaderboards could be compared to those in a week old cache (or whenever the modding started) to flag up any anomalies (ridiculous increases in play time, kills, score etc) and reset those stats.

20mil x 5MB = 100,000,000 MB. Divide 100,000,000 by 1,000 and you get 100,000 GB. Divide that by 1,024 and you get 97.65625.
