(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just out of interest, how many of you snipers who mainly quickscope have a dot or any other mark on your TV screens directly in the middle, for more accurate quickscoping?

Also, I haven't been able to get on today to test, but last night while playing domination I was mucking about with Intervention, tapping L1 quickly to aim, and shooting just before it went fully into the scope.

In the couple of games I was in doing this there seemed to be some auto aim with the way I was scoping in because I was hitting all of the quickscopes I was doing across the map on maps like Highrise.

Anyone else noticed this?

I do this to. I'm not sure why it works so well but it looks pretty cool to haha

The dot or the way of scoping in, or both?

I always quickscope. I've tried the dot before but it didn't really make enough difference to stay there all the times so I just took it off lol..

I used one on COD5 and took it off, but then I never attempted the long range quickscopes that I do now.

And back then I had a small TV and now I have a 32 inch so i'm considering adding it again.

i tried the dot for gears, it worked wonders never thought about using it on mw2, might try it xD

OK yeah, I can't find a good felt tip pen anywhere in my house.

Im gunna try one my little brother got for xmas XD although I doubt it'll work.

The dot trick was very popular in counter strike source when it was a highly played game.

Since then not alot of people use it but it is a good "trick" to getting better aim.

I will admit I used it on COD4 for a bit. It greatly helped my quick scoping and helped give me a good feel of where the center of the screen was. Now I can quick scope pretty well without the dot.

Id highly recommend this strat for new players who are having struggles with their aim.
