but the last death streak it says:

is there any way to unlock this or is it just aken out of the game ?

No, Holographic Sight is called EOtech Holographic Sight, they've just shortened it down.

Yeah I also noticed this and I think it was meant to be 5 deaths in a row when an enemy killed you , they would die with you so I can see why they didn't put it in....
