You could get it in a Cage Match with a friend. Just tell him to shoot you in the stomach, you should get into last stand, and then kill him. Keep doing that till you recieve your challenge.

The best gun to use for last stand: M93 Raffica
Raffica is basically as strong as an m16, and is the only machine pistol tat works in last stand, dont cheat to get the kills they're fun to get legitly
pro tip: once you get last stand pro, use semtexes, C4s, frags, etc, to kill yourelf and possibly others (for example, you kill the person, but soon, you will die, and they'll take the kill, a quick semtex to a nearby wall/floor will fix that right up!)
