Is there a guide/glitch for getting Last Stand Kills easily???

I remember when i did the highrise glitch where you go where the rooftop teddies are, plant a tactical, i could jump off and go in last stand. I did that in 3rd person cage with my friend and all he had to do was plant insertions.
