1. Equip your care package marker.

2. Find something you can climb over, a car,box,railing, whatever.

3. Press A to climb over, and once you're climbing double tap right on the d pad fast.

4. Make sure you leave a split second between pressing A and double tapping right on the dpad, this way seems to work better.

5. When done you should have your care package marker in your hand.

6. Throw your marker and wait for you package to be dropped.

7. Once dropped, retrieve your package and use it.

8. Once used you should see that your care package marker has appeared again.

Good work, shows that IW aren't really any better than Treyarch at this patching stuff really!

Do you press right when u get up because i press it while still climbing and does not work

get your care package out, press X or A to jump over whatever your jumping over and just keep clicking the right button on the dpad till you see care package come up down the bottom right, and you should have it out when you jumped onto or over whatever your jumping onto or over instead of your gun and it works on ps3

Yes but when i jump and press right dpad 2 times it always stays at carepackage i dont even see it switching to gun and back quickly

Okay guys.. just climb up, and when he is on the highest point press 2 times right (but not too fast). I think you all press too fast. Just try it a little, but slowier
