You Rip the game onto your PC's HardDrive, and edit the files inside (Which we already know to contain online gamedata, e.g care packeage probabilities), and copy them to a disk. We then insert MW2 normally, and start up a Single Player mission. Whilst on a SP mission you remove the disk and no prompt comes up. You then insert the hacked disk and play online!

Just a thought I'd let you guys play around with. If this is completely useless I apologize, I'm just trying to help

I highly, HIGHLY doubt this is possible mate, and if you manage it Sony will ban you in a day or two. This would be more than just editing a game save. In-fact what you're looking to accomplish is illegal... So seriously, just give up now.

I realise the very unlikely chance of this working but I really need someone to post a Rip so I can see if there is anything at all that works from this idea. I have another method that involves a Rip but desperately need someone to upload the files, and I don't want to waste your time by posting a non-working method. So please, all of you that say you have a blue ray drive copy the games files and upload them to a file share site. With thanks
