Then don't say their desperate. They're clever for finding out that IW or Activision never registered moderwarfare3.com. You should retitle it "IW fail." See? Wouldn't that disturb CoD Fans?

They would be considered desperate for doing that.. however, I don't think it's them that did it. Either way, CoD will outsell Battlefield eventually.
