99% sure you do not get the paid subscription by pre-ordering the regular edition game. You do however for the Hardened edition along with more features for being a "Founder".

And to everyone: Please just purchase the Hardened edition...Why? The price for the Subscription to CoD Elite is 50 USD...a year...Hardened edition costs 100 USD [99.99 USD] You are saving 20 USD already for the first year [60 + 30 = 100 :P]

I never preorderd a cod for hardened edition, when will they stop letting you preorder it for the hardened edition?

HE has limited availability. But you have option, if Gamestop sold out, you can always Pre-order on Best Buy. If Bestbuy sold out then Amazon.
