Lucky ass I phoned my ebgames and was like you guys selling MW3 early? he was like nope just midnight release I was like :FU:, but despite what you guys say you can actually get banned from going online and you can get a huge fine, Activision clearly said they did not want company's selling the game early. The Reason why you didn't get banned from other games is cause Activison did not specifically ask them not too release it early
