This is demi-god mode, and in MW3 it is caused by a rare mixture of lag and the use of a laptop can help, as there is a certain ammount of time you are protected while being in the laptop. However, just lag can cause demi-god mode as it happens in every COD. Go search around, as this happened a lot in Black Ops too.

Its just a de fault with the game most probably, I could be wrong, but I do not see a 'glitch' here
