Actually i think they have. If you look ok ps3 kills, xTechniquez-- is gone as well as rtiz and whoever that #1 guy was with like 91,000 kills

Well really they can't ban you from CoD Elite if you paid for a premium service as it would count as fraud because you would not be receiving the service that you paid for but they can ban you from their servers as you didnt pay for their servers. Just a little from what i heard from my friends when they got banned on black ops (my friends parents are lawyers and judges etc.).

I looked up a kid who was in the top 10 on the leaderboards a couple days ago and now he is only level 2 no prestige
