If you use killstreaks inbetween any kills obtained with them wont count, but wont end the streak. Only the gun kills will count.

you can use anything to support you, exept the kills from them wont count, in other words use specialist package or uav, adv uav and emp or similar

It doesn't matter what happens with pointstreaks. If they get kills or not they wont count towards your streak. UVAs and the like can be used from my understanding as people have gotten a M.O.A.B using specialist which is essentially the same thing.
