I think you got the wrong section though, If im not mistaken, Eboot.bin is from Black Ops as I doubt MW3 is hacked already? Or I may be wrong.

Well everyone is saying in order to hack MW3 we need to crack the EBOOT. So I thought I would come over here to get a general knowledge of what exactly it is and how we have gotten around it in the past.

I'd give it til February or March til someone does. It does take a while.
