Method
1.Put a riot shield on your first pad and an lmg on your second pad.
2.Spawn your controllers.
3.Shoot at your own riot shield with the second pad.
4.Once you run out shoot your second pad with your first pad.
5. Take turns with your team-mate planting and defusing the bomb.

You must have:

Patience

Killing of the first controllers and not sharing the bomb/kills with your team-mate will result in you being kicked and deleted.
