UPDATE:: I just found out you dont have to shot. Just simply press Triangle and circle to prone and there you go. It also reduces recoil if you do the same process but dont prone just crouch. However the recoil is still there just reduced. Thanks

Well man no offenese but your obviously ingnorant to the situation. They came out with a hotfix yesterday that patched it. This is a new way to do it after patch

Yeah thats pretty useless because you have to stay prone to have no recoil.. and as others said you already have less recoil when you are prone
