UPDATE:: I just found out you dont have to shot. Just simply press Triangle and circle to prone and there you go. It also reduces recoil if you do the same process but dont prone just crouch. However the recoil is still there just reduced. Thanks

That's kinda like having a riot shield while prone, it's useless.
