Just need a damage decrease when you use akimbo or damage decrease in general.
No not just a 1 bullet , am talking 6-8 shots to kill. Over 3-5
Problem is people then a run launcher when secondaries are weak. But that may not happen depends on the perk balance.
If you nerf the damage it would be balanced so that SMGs are not outclassed by them.

Have you used Skorpion Akimbo? Those things combined with steady aim are like snipers.
