Thank you for contacting Activision Customer Support. I am sorry to hear that your friend gave you negative prestige tokens.
Unfortunately, I can not give any information about what will happen to people who have negative prestige tokens because I do not have access to that information. If a player has broken the Terms of Use agreement, they will dealt with appropriately.

So that mean they really can't do anything about it so the token glitching people are pretty much safe
