Thank you for contacting Activision Customer Support. I am sorry to hear that your friend gave you negative prestige tokens.

Unfortunately, I can not give any information about what will happen to people who have negative prestige tokens because I do not have access to that information. If a player has broken the Terms of Use agreement, they will dealt with appropriately.

If you have any other questions, please update your incident or contact us again.

LOL I like how people think they SHOULDN'T be punished for VOLUNTARILY abusing a glitch to gain an unfair advantage and rank or LEGIT players. Get reset and take a 2 day break. Do you not realize that OVER 6 MILLION people play this game online? Meaning that a few hundred/ or thousand people being reset and 2 day temp banned isn't going to effect ANYONE BUT THE PERSON WHO IS BANNED.

You KNEW you were CHEATING so take the consequence and quit crying like little babies.

Any by the way to all of those who THINK they WONT ban you.. Do you remember Black Ops? Only a MONTH after the initial release THOUSANDS of people were PERMANENTLY CONSOLE BANNED. Did this effect "the amount of players online" or the gameplay for LEGIT players?

Nope, only affected noobs like YOU who SUCK at COD so they boost/cheat/hack then CRY when they get caught/banned.

I remember back when glitches/hacks were for FUN, to do with friends either OFFLINE/SPLIT SCREEN/ or in a PRIVATE/UNRANKED match. Now a day EVERYONE only wants to glitch/hack to CHEAT online multiplayer to LOOK like your good when in all reality you SUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKk

Actually 1million wouldnt hurt the servers. As there is 6-10 million people on the leaderboards. So 1 million being banned for only 2 days wont affect anyone except the person who is banned and stuck playing Mw2 for 2 days and starting their stats over on Mw3

BS, people have used DAYS AND DAYS of double XP and double weapon XP. So they have ranked WAYYY faster and have better ranks than people who PLAY LEGIT and EARN their rank/ prestige tokens/. and double XP.

If anything they shouldn't do the 2 day ban and should just MASS RESET any and EVERYONE with -tokens.

The ONLY reason you disagree with being reset is because YOU HAVE ABUSED THIS GLITCH:

If you were a LEGIT player and you EARNED your ranking , you would be ALL ABOUT the 1,000,000's of people ranked HIGHER than you being RESET: Thus resulting in your stats being ACCURATE and your rank being LEGIT and actually showing your hard work you've put into the game, rather than having hundreds of thousands of glitching boosters ranked higher and having better stats than you..

Its NOT fair to those of us who chose NOT to abuse this glitch and play legit.

Is it even legal for IW to ban you online? Where are their terms and conditions for online play?
They are not in the CD case and I've never seen a warning on screen... There's just a load of stuff about piracy..

Or do they act as agents for Sony's online T&C's ?

i think they will just patch it and rest everyones x2 xp to 0 because lets face it at the end of the day whos fault is it for making crappy little glitches in the game? they new people would find stuff and its not right to ban people that have dont it nor reset them to prestige non i got to 9th then i did the glitch and tbh i will be pissed of if the put me to 0 its a glitch NOT a hack in my eyes i have broken no rules its in the game its accsess able in the game therefor its the game its a hidden bounes like a hidden teddy
