(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Is it just me that thought oh support so crap people can help there team not oh look support noob, bet the using airtrap, steal bomber, EMP/jugganaught, or escourt airdrop and nothing that actual supports anyone, its OP to get a single kill with the support streak its ment to be support not assult strike, and EMP and jugganaught is OP like hell now espically when you dont need to work to get them...

Also, support allows people to experiment with different guns while using killstreaks, atleast for me...
I usually use assault, but if I'm trying to use a new gun I use support until I get the hang of it.

Taking a risk as in doing things that will most likely get me killed. I know my playstyle in certain modes enough to know that I'm most likely going to die before going on large streaks, such as domination. I know that by rushing flags, I'm more likely to die than if I played conservatively and went for kills. If I know I have a larger chance of dying, why not use support? It's not like I'm a trash player who doesn't deserve a streak if I'm going for the objective rather than being a k/d whore. That said, I prefer specialist and use it far more often than support.

In other game modes, especially TDM, I understand what you're saying. As the objective is to go for kills, I'm far more likely to go on streaks and I use either specialist or assault (I prefer specialist so I can keep track of my streak better)

^^^ I play Ground War and contrary to popular belief you only need two flags to win in Dom then you kill whore. It's pretty simple.

I grab first flag then help on B. However if two of my teammates are trying to capture I will do the smart thing which is to kill anyone coming to try and get them off the flag. You can use Assault and cap flags. I'd be less likely if I was say one away from Reaper or something. Only because that Reaper will help us maintain flags a little better. I am a kill whore but I like to win. So if I have to take a flag, I will do so. I will admit playing alone in the past made me less objective orientated. I didn't trust those green guys to watch my back

I play CTF, cap 1 or 2 flags then just spawn trap alot easier on there as they MUST spawn in there base or a tiny bit out but yeah so many MOAB's i have had so many multi kills, got a 78KS, but yeah pack a claymore to close the spawn further out of the base but its worth it, if you have a good traping team and no faggy random that cap the last flag....

I agree with you on everything but the EMP, the EMP should be 20-26 kills but it does help the team out if there are things killing them all

Stealth bombers every couple of minutes, emp just as you get a kill streak you've had to work for and not die 50 times and still get your supposed "support" rewards, support streaks are ridiculously broken, they're an extension of IW wanting to make the game ever more noob friendly as I'm pretty sure the only people using these streaks are kids who can't get kills without dying a lot.

I know good players who use support but it's hardly ever for the higher streaks, its usually for advanced uav/counter uav etc which is what I would call support streaks, they're supporting their team, if they were all purely support orientated then I wouldn't have a problem but stealth bombers are not supportive at all, that is an assault streak that should be available as an assault streak only.

I was in a ground war game of domination and the last 5 minutes there was a EMP up. Yet, we were still able to win the game. EMP is probably the KS i hate the most when people use support.

support was made for horrible players but they didnt take into account that the good players will abuse it. i enjoy abusing it and it doesnt bother me why worry about using assualt killstreaks when i can just die repeatedly and still get rewarded in the end:p

Good points by all. Yeah I play with good players who use Support mostly to EMP the Noob Bombers the other tea, gets. They also use EMP to prevent the enemy from taking down our Osprey Gunner with their EMP.

The point is the Support pkg definitely benefits scrubs more than any pkg. Being a rusher doesn't mean you have to use Support because what GOOD rusher can't get a 4-5 killstreak rushing for a Pred?

You can say people camp for Assault which if they do it is what it is. End of the day a scrub isn't earning even a Reaper. A scrub could earn a Stealth Bomber, so when you have 5 scrubs on one team that's 5 Noob Bombers. I don't judge scrub on whether someone rushes or not.

People even use Support in FFA. How is that fair

If you're a Support user actually helping your team instead of a scrub going negative with a Riot Shield,then I salute you.
