Reason for me is because i play a run-n-gun style based on the layout of maps. Most of the maps are cluttered with cover. I rarely find myself running in the open, which means im usually really close to the enemy when firing. Plus i like the fact that SMGs have a faster firing rate, and its seems they are quicker on the draw than Rifles or any other gun. So my question is, do u guys find urselves using SMGs more, and if so, do u feel they are a better class than Assault rifes based on the map layouts? Btw, I love, love, love MP7 silenced with rapid fire. So beast.

So since you use SMGS, there is no need for Assualt Rifles??? LMAO

SMGs are limited to close-medium range for the most part. AR can do it all. Certain maps I will definitely use P90, MP7 or PP90M1 but others ACR, MK14 or Type 95 :carling: work better.

I also adjust to the enemy. If the enemy is camping in buildings and such, I usually pick them off with Assault Rifles(as opposed to crying about them camping). If the enemy is full of rushers or those shotgun guys, I will switch to an SMG to combat their faster style of gameplay. Is there really a need from LMGs would be a more reasonable, legit question.

Don't let the run and gun comment fool you. He only said that so he could paint himself as this rusher running around beasting like a man. While Assault Rifle users are campers...It's the usual COD community of painting what you don't like as campy, overpowered or kidlike.

I wouldn't see myself run n' gunning all day long, I like to take a break from that sometimes

OP: I like to run and gun therefore snipers, lmgs and ARs are useless and should not be in the game.

i know countless people who use Assaults, including myself.

I use all kinds of guns. and theres a reason for every gun in that game. if there wasnt, why would they put it in there?
