I could care less about consoles since I don't make any money off of them but there is no way this is fair. I understand the DLC deal xbl gets and I am perfectly okay with PS3 users having to wait a month. I will edit the dates of DLC for the four tiers of COD gamers when they are verified.

My thread is NOT a console debate. It's a are Activision out of their ****ing mind debate? I despise guys who do the, "Battlefield is god, COD sucks, lets rage against establishment" jargon since it's littered with bitterness and wishful thinking.

I enjoy COD. I play other games but FPS, this is my game. I have little issue with the actual game. However,Activision gets MILLIONS from Xbox 1 month exclusive deal. $60 USD per game a year from Xbox AND PS3 users. $15 USD a map pack from Xbox AND PS3 for DLC that usually comes out 3 times in that game's cycle. Now they get 49.99 USD from Elite Premium users on both consoles???? Even with the exclusive deal with MS. And the BILLIONS of dollars every console gives them,not even dedicated servers? Wow.

They were already getting money from MS and all of us buying their game and their DLC, now they find away to get MORE money from PS3/Xbox users. Yet we still don't have dedicated servers or an equal playing field? Why couldn't the month DLC deal XBL got be good enough? FML

The dates aren't as important as the principle behind Elite Premium for PS3 users as well as all console gamers putting in more money but receiving the same or less.

Most people are more concerned about the dates then caring about not gettin it early :p

But with your argument being that your paying and not getting anything out of it...
Ps3 premium members are getting DLC early compared to non premium ps3 members. Your basically paying to get them early and frequently in the "content packs" rather than waiting even longer for the full map pack to be released.

No problems. If PS3 users are paying to get things more often then cool. If PS3 users are paying just to get things as late as we normally would,then I'll pass. Maps look good though.

Now you can;t be sure its $15...
It cost $49.99 for CoD Elite, and from what they say there will be 9 months of map packs, so if each map pack costs $15 like in all the other CoD's, then 15x9 = 135....135-49.99 = $85.01.
That's a few games.

I don't get why PS3 Premium Member's still get it later than XBox Premiums.. Not fun, no surprises. :/

Cod elite is a waste of money for us.. we are still getting them later then xbox premium members (where the f*k did it say xbox will get them first through elite??) thank god i didn`t buy elite.

I thought the dates were:
24th Jan (Xbox Premium)
24th Feb (Ps3 Premium)
February (Xbox Premium)
March (Ps3 Premium)
Then they are released into map packs for non-premium users (Xbox early), since premium users are getting monthly DLC?

i think we ( ps3 premium users) will get the dlc one month later than the xbox elite premium ones.
