I recently have trying out the Type 95, and noticed that the gun is horrible. It seems to take at least 3 shots to take someone out. One time I shot someone from about mid range head shot because his head was the only thing sticking out and I had to shoot him 3 times before he died. Not sure if it was me but one of my friends said the same thing.
I can't think of more mature response than...So what.
The MK14 is a stronger weapon. It has more damage and is a two hit kill at most ranges and can be a one hit kill at close range. Reason you're not complaining about that is mostly because less people use that gun. Also if the Type 95 was as good as you'd like to believe everybody would use it including yourself. I've begun using the MK14 and will actually make a thread eventually about my progress. However, the Type 95 isn't the strongest gun in it's class. It's high risk, high reward. Same way that up close to medium a MP7 with or without rapid fire is little risk with actually less reward. It's a common thing here that when people don't like a gun, they tend to call it overpowered and complain about it. I hate getting killed by that damn Striker but I could care less if it's OP since it has disadvantages and the more OP weapons we have, the less OP weapons we have.
The Type 95 may be easier to land 3 shots with than 6 with UMP, I will agree. However, if you miss with those 3 shots the UMP will kill. The one burst range of the Type 95 is at close range.
I don't think guns need to be balanced, rather just have advantages and disadvantages. With a good connection and on bigger maps a Type 95 is beast. On smaller maps, having an SMG that you can spray with especially from the hip is beast. Try out the MK14 and you'll see the only thing Type 95 has over it is not having to worry about mashing the trigger quicker and lower mags.
I agree with pretty much everything you posted lol, couldn't of said it better myself tbh. High risk, high reward.
When concerning the disadvantage, it depends on the play style of the user. Why would anyone rush around with a type 95 in the first place? You can use it on a small map, but it must be used decisively.

The Type 95 has no disadvantage??? LMAO. So you're telling me I can rush around a small map with Type 95 like I could with an SMG,Shotgun or FAD, ACR, Scar? Also you're telling me you see T95 more than ACR,PP90M1 and MP7????
The Type 95 isn't any easier to use than the ACR. Burst weapons can't be sprayed the way fully autos can so that's one disadvantage. Also bust weapons are severely hurt by bad connections which MW3 has become known for.
Also why are you so concerned with how quick a gun kills as if that is the only factor in how effective a gun is? Most bolt action sniper rifles will kill a target quicker(1 bullet) than other guns but that ignores other factors.
A bolt action rilfe user vs a MP7 user for example. The Bolt action will kill quicker IF AND ONLY IF that shot is on target. The MP7 can fire faster thus meaning unless the sniper is quick on the draw the MP7 user has a chance.
You're making the T95 out to be like the FAMAS from BO. That would be an example of no disadvantage.
The T95 is unrealiable at close range, is connection based and the M16 and MK14 actually have less damage drop off. The only range the T95 is beastly is at medium range. Which again takes a good aim. I'm not saying the gun isn't great but to act as if that gun is so easy yet PP90,ACR and MP7 is so much more challengng is false.
Terrible comparison. The m16 from cod4 was far superior than the type 95. Best m16 for any cod game. Combined with stopping power, it was usually a one burst kill. The famas from mw2 reminds me more of it than the type 95.

Is the FAMAS in mw3? NO
So yes the type 95 is the closest thing in mw3 we got to the m16 in cod4!
It's not OP now, but it was at one time. Also, I wouldn't have necessarily called it OP, just unbalanced.
The akimbo FMGs aren't as powerful as everyone makes them out to be, most akimbo machine pistols are just as powerful.
Lmao no there is nothing close quarters that are as powerful as the FMCheese akimbo. There are people who gt MOABs from just this gun. It's ridiculously strong and prove this game was made for noobs and newcomers because that is the first machine pistol you get and it's not hard to get it akimbo. I just did a video on these search lapimpin24 on youtube

I find the MP9 to be a much better gun, both akimbo and alone.
