In my opinion, IW went too far with tweaking secondaries. Secondary akimbo should only apply to pistols. I remembered how OP the akimbo G18s in mw2 were. That should have served as a future warning for IW, but I guess not. /endrant.

It's so annoying too considering everyone gets them right at level 4.

Can we kill the term "tryhard"... A guy wanting to have fun by dominating the opponent WITHOUT camping is still just written off as being a tryhard. Can we stop coming up with terms to discredit our opponent and comfort ourselves after dying?

I have recently added the akimbo scorpions and even FMGs to my arsenal on my PP90M1 rapid fie ass rape class. I feel no shame. If some guy can go 10-25 and feel no shame getting enoug pts for Noob Bomber and a guy feels no shame using Support in FFA why should I take a moral stance? I run around with high powered weapons and beast. I just hate people who suck. I don't mind a guy raping with akimbos. It's the scrubs going negative getting a lucky close range kill on me that I hate... However it's far from a rantable problem imo....



Your post is why COD can't be perfect. If the maps where bigger we'd complaint about the maps being too big and too many campers and snipers hiding in the back picking people off...

I understand your point. However, I'm focusing more on the balance IW has inputted rather than the judgement of the player itself. I'm stating how the Akimbo FMGs, a secondary weapon, is substantially more of an advantageous use than a primary SMG. It's like practically running overkill with a strong SMG as your secondary. I guess you can say it all dumbs down to how much pride one has regarding the usage of the FMGs. For me, I have distaste in the fact that a secondary can now match up to most primaries as opposed to COD4 and WaW.
