I will be talking about shotguns however. The extended mags glitch has been patched. This really isn't a "nerf", it's a patch for removing the glitch. The Striker retained its 6 pellets, the Spas has retained its 8 pellets, the AA12 has retained its 8 pellets, and the Models still have 8 pellets. However, the KSG 12 and the USAS 12 did get buffed to 9 pellets like the earlier hotfix but removed because the extended mags was still present, making these unbelievably overpowered. It's back now, but now with the extended mags glitch patched. Those aren't the only buffs though. The Models and the Spas have received a damage buff. The Spas does 35 damage and the Models, 40 damage and yes, those are without proficiencies. With the damage proficiency, the Spas still kills in 3 pellets with 49 damage each pellet (Why not 50? FFFF), and the Models kill in 2 pellets with 56 damage each pellet (Up to a range of 386 units). Striker users will still be out there and this patch won't remove them. The Striker is still powerful.

Red = With damage proficiency on.
Regular health is 100. 30 for hardcore. You do the math.

Discussion about the Spas 12 and why Range is better than Damage.
I looked into the ranges. With range, the Spas will 1HK at a range of 521 units, with damage, 512 units. Barely a difference. But, look at this chart.

I have a montage. I show how you can use pump actions effectively. *The KSG 12 does not need Sleight of Hand to rapid fire. I like using it because I can rapid fire, and have a different blue perk.
1:17 and the second to last clip is a very good example of rapid fire.

Nice video, but may I ask how do you do that rapid fire thing? Never seen that before.

Tbh I'd assume it wouldn't have much difference if you were using damage pre-patch, that's just overkill imo.

Range + ext. mags on the other hand was insane.

I totally agree, but the KSG and the USAS feel much more powerful then they used to be.

That's because they are Winky Winky I leveled them both yesterday, at the moment I have KSG lvl 30 and USAS lvl 25. Tbh the patch was a good thing, it's nice to be able to have some variety in the shotgun class.

and @The_Riddler: true, what I was trying to say is that Striker with ext. mags + range had way too high OHK range knowing its fire rate.

Hmm the Striker feels a little bit weaker then before the patch!
But still powerfull!
But right now got my USAS at LV 23 and it fell more powerfull than before the patch form me!
Go 20 min ago 30-9 on Outpost and i am not the best player **** of K/D just 1.2 xD

Will definitely try out the USAS and KSG. I played one game with the Spas today and it's much more consistent with the oneshots than before.
