He is referring to the speed slider at the bottom: - SPEED + There are markers and starting from the left and moving it to the right he is saying he typically sets his on the 2nd marker.

Do you have to keep the flooder on after every game or just the first time?

As the game start i click to stop the flooder after the start another players get in the lobby :s
