That's because it intentionally was available until around December-ish. I personally got Premium in November for Founder status. So I could have bought Premium when DLC started coming out resulting it to end around Feb (PS3) 2013 AND get Founder, but I shouldn't be able to also get it because they said Founder ended in December-ish.

What I'm saying is, I shouldn't have my money wasted and have late-payers get my kind of benefits for paying early/getting Hardened Edition.

This is utter bullsh*t! All the hype about founders status if you purchased before early december, now there giving it away to every man and his dog? I could of just saved my money until february in that case because the drops didnt start until then anyway! absolute jokee!
