The only people who are saying its not unfair, are the people who werent founders originally, it was meant to be exclusive to the people who forked out loads on the hardened edition and people who purchased it before december the 13th!

No. I bought the prestige edition and registered on 11/08 but I think this is fair. They payed the same price but just registered after us.
Plus, it's good for my clan

heres my opinion and some may disagree but i feel that if you join before the next call of duty ( black ops 2 , or whatever 3arc makes) . This is the introduction year of founder and i don't see why anyone should be excluded ( obviously if you don't have prem you don't count) .
