Use asasin. And a silenced gun. These things will keep you under the radar at all times. Try playing with good team mates so maybe friends or even ad some randoms to play with. Use the kill streaks, uav, pred, attack heli. Once you get uav that should lead to a pred. But just be careful and maybe camp. When on pred that will always get a kill so then just camp for the attack heli. Getting kill streaks will help with the kdr

That's the first thing you do wrong. Playing with any team mates makes you better. Make sure your always. A party of 3 or more. Add randoms if there good and play with them or even your own friends. Use assassin and a silenced gun. But if your already decent on a 2.00 kdr I think use hardline. I'd still use the kill streak uav, pred, attack heli. These shout get you more kills. A good game mode for me is infected or hq. also if your near a kill streak camp Little so you get it. If your getting smashed One game just back out

Let The Games Begin!
Anyone who wants to gradually get their wins and kills up just play infected, make sure your not infected at the start, get as many kills as you can and if you die just hide somewhere for the rest of the game so you will get the maximum K/D spread (for example, you get 10 kills, you die once = 10.00 K/D for that game) and its pretty hard to lose on infected so yeah. W/L and K/D sorted 
(got my W/L up from 0.65 to 0.95 in 2 days with a 120 win streak and K/D from 2.16 to 2.24)

How is just telling someone to camp, use Assassin and a silencer going to help very much? There are a minimum of 5 custom classes. An assassin class is mote beneficial depending on maps and who you play with. Hardlinr Pro helps make killstreaks easier to optain which in turn raises kdr. I am not one of those assassin haters either.
Showing people how to lower deaths is easier to learn. Sitting camping with assassin will get people 20-8 type games. Playing in parties, knowing when and how to push and when and how to play defensive with Hardline Pro gets 40-8 games.
Just telling somone to ude silencers anf assassin doesn't improve their aim, reaction time, sensitivity,spawn knowledge.
Your suggestion is what I hate about regular tdm. A bunch of scary mofos running UAV anf assassin, crawling around the map just to go 14-7 but they'll go 14-12. I aint trying to diss but lots of people do what you suggest, use support anf still get shitted on. Campers that go 30+ get more respect than camping just to try and get a 2. You can be aggressivly defensive. Playing in parties goes a lot further anyway.

Defiantly have a party of 4 or more. Headsets are really good for this game mode.,if you want kills get all your team to run to 1 bomb and plant and protect. Then you get the extra time use tac insertion and put it near there spawn. Use a silenced gun and either hardline or assassin, I'd still use uav, pred, attack heli. When protecting bombs plant your tac near the bomb and camp around that area
