just dont play demo its completely shit since the spawns flip now, try CTF Sabo SnD or Dom for fixed spawns so you know where they are coming from
and ground war is the fastest and best way to boost ur K/D
i have 3 cod accounts, my SnD K/D is 3.56 my groundwar account is 16.9 (its just that easy) and my other i QS,shotgun,riotshield on is 2.56, i play mostly dom/demo/SnD
Demo is by far the hardest game type to get a high K/D on now since they just always always spawn behind u

that's what I do, only I dashboard if I get a KDR below .50, even if the KDR is bad, I still prefer to gain XP

your best bet is to play on yours ones just you ina tdm game or summin, then the matchmaking will pair you with people you skill level. always reload after a kil no matter if its just one bullet, always be prepared. always look at your radar.
try using extreme conditioning for perk 1 hardline for your second perk and sitrep for perk 3 then specialist killstreak, and use blast shield for perk 1, assassin for perk 2 and scavenger for perk 3
also having a silenced weapon can be a good idea too
