My KD is .69 (not even kidding) I have been playing COD since Cod 5 so inexperience isnt the reason x-x. ADD dosnt help at all... So any tips to just get me up .01 so I can stop being trolled about my KD? lol

1. DASHBOARD if you get a KDR below 1 in a game. (Not recommended as it will lead to a bad habit and an empty friends list)
2. Camp
3. Play with a party

Camping won't help. The COD community claims everybody is camping yet go to any lobby and I'll bet majority have lower than 1.3 kdr so it's obvious camping won't make ur kdr high alone. There are aggressive defensive guys who don't run around blindly. There are also people laying prone all game which are pathetic and don't get many kills. Playing in a party is a good start. However, reflexes, right guns in right situations, recoil management, communication, trying to keep yourself in advantageous position will go a lot further.

My K/D is 1,65 I want to get it on 2,5 or something around that..

Depending on how many total kills and deaths you have that may take a LONG time.

I'm only lvl 76 and I Made about 3k kills I think..

you could always boost. lol. i dont see how people have trouble at playing call of duty. Just peek up at your radar every time u hear some gunfire. and turn up your sensitivity, also turn your button layout to tactical. Drop shots make a huge difference

Lol I do number 3 but they are FAR beyond my skill level! Ill just mess around a bit and find a new gun that might suit me better. I might just camp and go up the .01 though!
