I don't really care about the ratio per say, but I do enjoy winning more than losing.
And just because you lose doesn't mean you didn't do good, especially in Drop Zone, you can go 45-5 and still lose.
And my W/L ratio is always around 1.30 range.

What about you guys? What's your say on winning/losing and what's your ratio?

I focus on both stats...Not only is my slaying ability very well above average, but those who've seen my Combat Record from Black Ops and my MW3 stats would know that I probably have the highest win ratios on these forums (or the entire COD Community) for both COD games...But then again, I only play with the best players on the console...As far as history goes though, I didn't start caring about Win/Loss until Black Ops- my care started as a goal, but eventually became an obsession. I suppose one can claim that by disregarding stats in general, the game becomes more enjoyable- but as for me, I see stats and consistency as a means of measuring how much more adept I am becoming at playing the game as a whole (being a slayer + objective-concerned team mate). I don't use fun as a scapegoat, if I'm not playing to try and advance my abilities, why am I playing the game at all?
