Think it woukd be a boost to the player and reward doing good but not make them OP or unkillable

It would stop killstreak camping as whats the point of specalist if not to run in

It would stop KS spamming so no, predator or UAV or helicopter that kills you from miles away

Would make the game more gun on gun based, and more player driven

So what does everyone think would COD be better with ONLY specialist?

And i know that the little kids will go "but i carnt make things blow up from 10 miles away while i sit in a cornor on my laptop..."

Its more geared to the hardcore who want gun vs gun COD back...

If you keep all the current gameplay mechanics it would not work.
Still a killstreak at the end of the day with gameplay mechanics which mean camping is the best option.
Would make it more gun on gun but still slow.

People would still camp. No matter what.

I only use specialist, only way to fly!!

Maybe it would have a reduction in camping for killstreaks, but not a total end to it.

Some people are only motivated/interested in playing because of the reward of getting a killstreak.

Just play barebones if you dont like killsteaks like i do

Yeah like CRYiiZ said, I was going to suggest that you go and play barebones for a few games and see if you still feel that way. Obviously specialist isn't in barebones, or at least I don't think that it is, but it would be kind of like what you were suggesting.

I think it would be good...but get horrid boring after a while...

That would be boring. They make modes without killstreaks.

People will camp regardless. There is nothing illegal or immoral about doing so and the amount people actually camp in COD is exaggerated. I prefer to rush more since legit camping doesn't get you many kills unless the enemy team is full if revenge killers. I have little issues killing campers and if I did I would find a new lobby or outcamp them worst case.

It:s a catch 22. We complain about campers yet when people rsh with SMGs or fmgs we complain the weapons are too good.

No killstreaks would just make people complain about gun imbalance more.
