It's imposible on consoles, you have to turn your FPS up to jump that high

It is on PC, notice the bottom, doesnt show anything AND graphics are pretty bad.

Actually, this was possible on the PS3 and 360, but they were patched. If you go to that same spot you can see a small rock there. That stops you from doing it I believe.
