can you do this on ps3 or is it just pc?

This video is what I would classify as "old". I never knew that he had turned the FPS up, but the way I figured out he was doing it on the computer was if you looked at the rock he was jumping off, then go to you xbox 360 game and go to the same spot you will notice that the PC version is missing the rock that is next to the bigger one, if someone could take two images from the Pc and the xbox version you will see what I am talking about.
