at the end of the first outskirts glitch, you can also drop into the roof of the last roof they stand on. You can see out at every angle. You can shoot out but they cant shoot you.

can someone explain how to do the second one?

im obviously doing something wrong as it wont work. :(

Is it like the Asylum elevator...do you need to crouch once in mid-air?
