Are you high?
Mind you this has only been tested on the X360 version of the game.
I am 99% sure this does not work with the PC version.
The PS3 status is unknown.

Followed the tutorial and everything worked great! Just one question... all the mods worked for the first initial stage (laser, invincible, infinate ammo). When I finished that stage and started the next one the only thing I had then was he laser sight, no infinte ammo or invinsibility. Do I need to load these mods each stage? I dont know if this has anything to do with it but I started a new game to start using these mods but made sure that I had a gun before I installed the mods. When I got to "Little Resistense" the only mod that was still active was the laser sight. I would really appriciate any help you could give.

Tutorial: First download our New Program Modio-
Modio Download Page
After that open up Xplorer360 (while you have your HDD connected through your a transfer cable) and look for for your Call of Duty : WaW Game save. Extract it and open it up in the CO
Waw Mod Tool via Modio. Enable the Mods of your choice and Click "Mod File" . That will mod it and Resign/Rehash it. Now just insert it back in the original place in Xplorer360 and Your Done!

that does not have it already tried the mod program does not recognize the ps3 file error
