No.. mods are activated on names
but the problem is, if you have a clan tag, you name is no longer the same as without..
meaning you'd get NO mods

I'm 11th Pres and now i use 10th patch i play online then after the game everyone got 10th Lv65 but if i go to mine menu i got an error say u r 11th Lv65......, then i back to 11th again !!

for the prestige and score u must be host in online match but for the infections are work in a privte match clan tag and UAV....
