I think this man is trying to say that your patch is higher Kilobytes than a certain amount for it to work on iNaRutos playstation. Or at least I think he said that and he is asking you to upload your file on Filezilla? That guy should try Google Translator.

But, I wanted to know if you can make a patch that gives you close to the maximum amount of score you can get on the LB.

try divy's patch.. that one has max stats..
