Post: silenced = weaker?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); is it just me or do you find silencing a weapon makes them less powerfull, whether its because their speed slows down or w/e. its just an mp40 with stoping power takes a guy down 3,4 hits, with its silenced i find i have to go nearly flat out to take out 1 guy.

No it doesn't all it does is decrease the range. The reason you think it's weaker is physcological, just because it's quieter you automatically thing it's weaker

... by decreasing the range, it effectively decreases damage as well (at the affected distances).
I hope you all understand that range isn't how far the gun can shoot. Its a measure of distance vs. damage.
