Yeah I saw this too, unfortunately I think it was just for recording the commercial so you could get a good view of the electroshock defense. :(

this is a screenshot from the gameplay trailer. theres a cheat or hack on pc, they probably just did that

that's what it is they show the same zombie in 3rd person
