where you get the person with the flamethrower to kill themselves and then when you go to mystery box you can buy the flamethrwer.. then just revive them.. Now 2 people have flamethrower

if they go in to last stand and someone buys a random gun they got chance to get flamethrower then u just revive the kid and u have 2 and same goes for third or even fourth

They patched that a while ago unfortunately. :( It was in the original Zombies.
