the new things in the patch

I was curious how come when I use the patch and reboot cod waw I get a message that is in another language besides english? Its in French why is that? How can I make it English again? I will also try your patch edit. I hope it unlocks all my attachments?

It does..
- Set To Ranked Match.
- Do Challenges / Attatchments..
