I heard the deep impact would cancel juggernoob if the enemy has it equipped. I guess b/c maybe it's a vest or something and the deep impact goes through it normally. I do know this, when using ptrs sniping, I tried steady aim (for no scoping as well) and deep impact. I only use it with deep impact now for all purposes including no scope. It seems to me more 1 shot 1 kill with deep impact but could be coincidence.

hollow tip shells or black rhinos are same as deep impact .(correct if im wrong) you can shoot through walls without deep impact but with Deep impact its deadly.

and to re-insertion I belive stoping power was what canceled Jug

also i heard that it can go through people if you kill them ive gotten doubble head shots thanks to it o.o

Sounds like it could be true. And if it isn't then it should be unless the person with Juggernaut is behind a wall then they have extra health because the deep impact is being used to get through the wall not the "Vest" of juggernaut so it takes longer with the wall there.
