Soooo PS3 can't mod COD5?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); In COD4 PS3 users would mod the game save by putting code into the "MPAD0_SP" "MPA0_MP" and "MPA0_CM" files located within the game save. Problem is those files in the COD5 game saves are encrypted. But, I also found out how Xbox360 users modded COD5. Xbox360 users use programs such as CoD Tool to mod the GAMESAVE.SVG file. I compared the layout of the game saves to find that the Xbox360 game save GPAD0_XX files are also encrypted, thus why modding tools edit the SAVEGAME.SVG file. But now my question is this..... why isn't there a program to mod the SAVEGAME.SVG file on a PS3. From the basic look of it, if it can be done on an Xbox360 then it can be done on a PS3. Has no one made one yet. Or is it Just it impossible. BTW i only want to mod SINGLEPLAYER campaign and zombies just to have some fun. Smile

and don't just say it's impossible atleast give me a better understanding of WHY thnx Smile

You Can Mod the PS3 just people dont wana let it out. Like the Xbox people who made the CODTool they could make 1 for the Ps3 but they dont like the PS3. They think the Xbox360 is Superior Compared to the PS3

To take apart a bike, you must first learn to put it together.

Meaning, to do this, it is important to figure out how the files are encrypted - are they obfuscated? - and then we can figure out how to decrypt them.

i know how alls you do is experiment with codes its just that infantry ward is full of nubs that didnt think of this shit so they patch it up later but in cod5 i dunno i just dont think somebody has tried to make a code you could try some of the codes from cod4 that have been used but i doubt it will work

well in xbox they use a wire transfer cable, so bassicaly it lets them get there gritty hands through all of the settings, treyarch only solved one problem by incripting the codes, but there is luck i have a really good guy who is working on uncripting on them, man why does xbox get everything just handed to them and we work our asses off just to get close.

If you can't pick up your hard drive if ur using xplorer use xport it's alot better.

Hacking a game is always possible however it takes a very strong mind to be able to create/find out how. The person who created the xBox program mustn't have a PS3 or must find it easier to hack xBox

Sorry but i don't know if he will want to release another one for the PS3 as he got in alot of trouble from actovision and he got his site shut down.

by the time you get your ps3 modded... wouldn't it take forever? I mean, on zombies it woould be cool and stuff, but plz send me friend invites on Ps3 becuz I don't get how to mod... do you have to hook your Ps3 up to the computer after you downloaded CODTool?
