On the real tho CoD rankings do not mean anything as u must know i play for and with DToX some of are members have no previous experience and manage some pretty amazing things some people are good, some people boost either way a games a game enjoy life

It depends on the player, I am pretty good at call of duty and have learned much from modern warefare. I don't think it depends on the country, but it would obviously be USA because they have a bigger country, more people and which means there should be more good gamers than the UK.
It also depends what gamemode you think is best, I think search and destroy and the hardcore version is much more realistic so I tend to play that more. Others might have different opinions on what gamemode determines how good a player is, this is me in search and destroy;

Who cares about w@w though...
You can't really determine which is better unless you got all the players to face off against eachother, but even then US would have so many more players..
Nobody will ever admit UK is better from the US and vice versa.
Certainly I've played with a guy from US a few times and he's really good, although i've beat him a few times and I'm from UK. (This is on a real game though)
