(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Treyarch is going to have some of there people find games in the new Der Riese and to see if anybody they play with cheats. if they find people they will email them and tell them not to do it anymore or they will be banned. And if they continue to Treyarch will ask the PSN or X-BOX Live to ban the persons User name.
Just what i heard not confirmed (but why would they tell people about it)

They don't have to crying to MS to ban people, it's possible for developers to stop certain people from playing their game on Xbox LIVE, Bungie bans people from Halo 3 multiplayer, yet they can still play multiplayer on, say, CoD4.

The leader boards got ****ed up within the first few hours. Round 1000+ by the same people who have done so on the others. Treyarch can get Microsoft to ban you from xbox live if you use cod tool or mod the hex. That is against the Code of Conduct. However, glitching, well, they cant ban you for that. All they should be able to do is patch the glitch and reset the leaderboards, or at least all above a resonable round such as 40 which people will be able to get legit no doubt.

Hacking is also SORTA considered a Loop hole. Because if they put more time into it and more Security they can make it so it will be Almost impossible to hack it
