And if they continue to Treyarch will ask the PSN or X-BOX Live to ban the persons User name.

FYI it's "NARC" which is slang for narcotics agent. I doubt that they are employing them. But I am positive that they are watching games for people who MOD and HACK. I know this for a fact. So if you do I would keep it to yourself. There are many worse things that can be done to you other than IP banning because you violate copyrighted material, which by the way when you load the game and it shows (c) that little thing next to the makers name, you are agreeing going forward to the copyright laws that apply. I would not be surprized to see modded warfare and other "hackers" going through some very expensive and drawn out litigation. Trust that there will be some criminal cases filed. I'd almost bet it's already in the works.
